GOVERNOR'S EXECUTIVE ORDERS

Executive Orders are an instrument of the Governor derived from the exercise of executive power by force of law, whereby the Governor issues an order to an Executive Branch entity.

BYLAWS REGISTRATION

This window is used to generate a search in the Electronic Registry of Bylaws registered with the Department of State.

One of the objectives of the proclamations is to educate the people on issues that can benefit the community in some social aspects.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Registry is a mechanism created by Act No. 96 of July 15, 1988, as amended by Act No. 55 of March 9, 2012, to protect the so-called moral rights of the Puerto Rican or foreign author domiciled in Puerto Rico, with respect to his creation, namely, the preservation of its integrity, its disclosure and the retraction thereof within the situations contemplated by the Act.

J-1 STUDENT AND FACULTY EXCHANGE VISAS

Fortaleza

La Fortaleza is the official residence of the governor of Puerto Rico. It was built between 1533 and 1540 to defend the harbor of San Juan. The structure is also known as Palacio de Santa Catalina. It is the oldest executive mansion in continuous use in the New World.
